VEA Capital Partners is seeking a Private Equity Fund Manager to lead the development, capitalisation, and management of a private equity fund.

This role is responsible for raising capital, executing investments, and driving value creation across portfolio companies. The successful candidate will bring strong investor relationships, disciplined investment judgement, and the ability to translate strategy into long-term growth and realised returns.

Responsibilities

The role includes:

• Leading capital raising efforts and managing investor relationships
• Developing and executing the fund’s investment strategy
• Originating and executing private equity transactions
• Conducting investment analysis and due diligence
• Structuring and negotiating transactions
• Managing portfolio companies and supporting growth initiatives
• Preparing portfolio companies for successful exits
• Maintaining governance, reporting, and investor communication

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, or principal investing
• Proven track record in executing investments and exits
• Experience raising capital and working with institutional investors
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and structuring capability
• Relevant qualification such as CA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advantageous
